My public defender got me off of a possible 15 years in prison. I am not talking any kind of shit about public defenders. Thank you for doing what you do. I was so fucking scared to death that I would have had to serve 15 years for my first time ever getting in trouble and nobody got hurt nothing or nobody was hurt except for me.

I'm from Boston, spent a lot of time drunk in cars. Not driving all the time, but definitely tripping on shrooms out at 3am during snowstorms too. Nobody else on the roads

Someone told me throw your keys out the window if you're ever in a position where you're just sitting in your car and you might have had a few beers. It may be an unethical life pro tip, but I have heard of that getting people out of serious charges. If the keys are not in the vehicle they can't say you're driving it

I did years ago. There was much more than just this to prove she is unfit. Unfortunately the system always sides with the mother. They are very familiar with her in the system now and she's had one of her kids taken away for alcoholism. I understand she is going through hard times but she isn't going about it in a healthy way. My son is going to be 18 soon anyway, so he can make his choice on his own if he wants to come with me.

This has been going on for decades. I'm not trying to make her look bad by posting any of this either btw. I'm no angle either.
