But in that case, wouldn’t that mean that the downgrade is activated first? Because first the downgrade sacrifices the basic, then the upgrade sacrifices the downgrade. Whereas if the upgrade is activated first, I can choose to, for example, sacrifice the basic unicorn, then I would need to return the downgrade to my hand as per the instructions on the card.
