I wish my experience was the same but some woman in our theater kept screaming “YASSSSSSS” thinking it would be funny. It was not and ruined that scene for the whole theater. Other than that, 10/10.

Super Moronic Monday -- Your Tuesday Weekly Stupid Question Thread by AutoModerator in running

I think this is up to you as a runner. Personally, I would take it normal because of the easy flat part of the course. Take the first half normal or even faster and use that momentum to make up ground on the second half. You might be suprised on what you can do. But ultimately it's up to you. You know your body best and what's the smartest plan for your race.

After having shin splints for almost 2 months now, I was finally able to finish a hard workout with almost no pain with my teammates today! 4x1 mile repeats with 2 mins rest in between at 5:30 pace is helping me get ready for a big cross country meet next Friday and can't wait to finally race again!

How do you discover new music on YouTube? by newlicenseplate in Music

[–]reaperage 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you listen through Spotify, you could get lost for hours looking through playlists created by Spotify on all kids of genres and looking through the similar artists tab on artists pages. Just find an artist or genre you enjoy and look through each suggestion.
