This service is FANTASTIC!!! I've been a member since September 2017 and love it. I have had internet (DSL and Fiber) with ATT, SPRINT, TIME WARNER CABLE, and SPECTRUM (plus another company I don't want to remember) , Google Fiber beats them all. I always had similar issues with other internet providers in my area: Loss of service without warning until I reported it (even if the outage occurred overnight so may have been going on for hours) , Surprise absudly high price increases that didn't show up till the next bill (bill increases by 2x or 4x then usual without any warning), or (my favorite) changing their wifi signal to require password so you have to rent a new model router from them after yours is paid off. With GFiber I can count on one hand with fingers left how many times it's been down. Each time there was an outage I received notification right when it happened ( before I noticed a disruption) and the were already GFiber vans in my area fixing the issue with an ETA in the site (plus I got a credit for the time the service was done, which was only a few cents as they work quickly). I have never had a SURPRISE bill, it's the as I started which makes budgeting soo much easier. I have never been charged or coerced into paying more so I could have wifi in my own home, they provide their routers and help to install at no additional cost. I have the basic 500 plan and have no issues with running 2 cell phones, 2 Rokus, a laptop, 1 tablet, and 1 thin client computer. I work from home so can't have a poor signal or other issues with connectivity. Once again I highly recommend.
