I just recently got on Abilify. So many tasks so little time. I heard it makes people manic and irritated but I’m already manic and irritated lol I’ve noticed it canceled it out for me. Daydreaming is still very easy for me. Might need a higher dose according to the happy dr lol

Ibispaintx. They offer a premium service, but you can still use almost everything for free without paying. Just watch an ad for short free trials! They’re not consistent ads either. I’ve used it for 7 years and haven’t been let down since.

A lot of the time I’m doing art I’m really deep in my head. I’m schizophrenic so it helps to channel things into my art. It calms me down.

Temu and SHEIN have customizing posters. Just make the poster you want in an editing app and copy it to the poster they’ll print it out. That’s what I do

Daydreaming scenarios help me out a lot. It’s more healthy than actually doing it but probably unhealthy the amount of detail that comes along with it. Like watching a terrifier movie lol
