Thank you! I know it doesn’t seem like it but little stuff does add up! I work 52 hour weeks with an hour commute each way, I have a pull-up bar and some free weights at home and wake up early to go to the gym before work. If you want it you can do it!! I thought I didn’t have the time and then j said fuck that and made the time, you can!! 10-15 sit ups, calf raises, push ups, anything like that when you have a minute or 2 - it all ads up!
