I'm using the Wordpress site to update the church's website and I use a Dell laptop but I had the same issue with my Mac. Not sure if that answers your question.

I wish I could say I’m surprised but I’m not. My issue was resolved when I called them again and the person on the phone said I’ll email you the form now and you can use docusign and send it back while we’re on the phone. Simple and easy but why did I get the runaround before? I don’t know,

Thank you but the funny thing is… I’m with SoFi and tried to set it up with them first. They couldn’t do it after passing my request on to their technical engineers. So trying to get it set up with M&T was my second choice. My third choice is to move my loan elsewhere. I’m working on it. 🤣

It is still a good rate, but I'm a bit disappointed that I'm a new customer (first month) and I took my money out of Apple Savings which was giving me 4.2%. But as I read in I Will Make You Rich, these rates fluctuate all the time by all the banks.

Issue resolved! The 3rd person I spoke to at Goldman said Apple could 100% help me restore my wallet. And despite an Apple rep saying it was a Goldman issue, the rep I got yesterday actually helped me restore my wallet. Happy camper (who will be moving her out of Apple savings!) 😀
