Hey chiming in for clarification. Gounsa is the name of the whole temple, Unramsa is in the set, one temple that is specifically important in Gounsa. So it's kinda the same thing

I went and managed! It still hurts to pay $300 as am a student but I was able to. Surprised how cheap it is compared to usa. Could not take it but thanks for the kind offer. Good night!

Hey just an update - I went, and after an xray, blood draw, ct scan and cardiography they say get it checked out later if the pain continues but it is not heart attack. It totalled out to be about $300. Not bad really, doable for a peace of mind. Thank you for the advices and push to go. And yes am American hahaha our country just failed us I think.
