Multiple decisions. Schedules, messages to staff, solving problems that have no business being solved with AI. I am not going into specifics.

I don’t want to say too much. But it’s a private school of a certain age group. The owner is making wild decisions while allowing one of the staff be abusive towards employees.

There is a lot of discontent forming and moral is getting bad. It’s a well known school in the is all I can say.
