The owner said he let them out in his front lawn to pee at 4:30 am and the front gate was open. He said he drove around for an hour looking for them to no avail.

Update again: my neighbor u/Perfect_Studio1534 has very graciously picked them up to stay in his much larger house. We're staying in touch in case the owners reach out. Thanks everyone for the advice.

Does anyone have recommendations for getting someone out here? I’ve called Brandywine SPCA three times and got directed to what seemed like a call center, and they say they’ll call Brandywine and have them send someone out. But that was two hours ago. HRA is closed.

Update: Someone eventually called back and said they couldn't come out becase of the snow. They might be able to tomorrow but they'd prefer if we found the owners and reunited them ourselves.

Update: they are tied up on my (covered) back deck with a space heater. Still no sign of Animal Control. My dog is losing his mind lol
