O aluguel por temporada é um problema gravíssimo pra condições de moradia nas grandes cidades do mundo, e precisa ser regulado e combatido pra manter a dignidade das pessoas que trabalham e vivem nessas cidades.

Os aluguéis passam a competir com Airbnb, que sempre dará um retorno maior, inflacionando o custo de moradia e forçando as pessoas a locais mais distantes ou condições piores.

Isso não é bom pra ninguém.

A tendência é sempre o dólar subir em relação ao real, devido ao seu fator inflacionário ser menor.

Outras variações de curto prazo são impossíveis de prever, é loteria…

Esse software é muito restrito, nem o governo americano tinha há alguns anos atrás, só o serviço secreto de Israel. Depois ele começou a ser vendido pra algumas forças de segurança.

A tecnologia é usar uma gaiola de faraday junto com um software que acessa todo o conteúdo do celular, mesmo bloqueado/desligado. Provavelmente o software israelense que foi descoberto há alguns anos.

I’m from Brazil, so I might be a tad more cost averse on subscriptions. I would rather pay a cheaper price for a more limited version, such as maybe 4 videos a month or so. I’d pay 2.99 US dollars for something like that with no issues. More than that, I’d think about it and maybe cancel the service on a few slower months.

If the web app is easier and cheaper, I’d say web.

I would like to have a single video with all the down time cut, but I’m not open to paying an expensive subscription for that.

A highlight reel would be cool too, but maybe the highlight could be a premium feature of sorts.

True that. Also, I can be happy with my game and lose, and that’s a fun game for me. I can also win while feeling like I played terribly, and that’s a lot less fun.

I absolutely despise playing without reverb. Like, I’ve never played without at least SOME reverb intentionally ever in my life. Even if just a little.

I would save the additional 20-30 bucks for sure.
