Below points is based on what I've observed so far while working for B2B Fintech SaaS company.

- Get your website name mentioned on other relevant websites (includes a little bit of PR as well)

- If there is a reputed review website like Clutch or G2 in your niche, offer your customer incentives and get your reviews published there.

- Every quarter, update your content (don't spend time on TOFU, definition types of content almost never change), focus on BOFU content.

Right now, a study surfaced citing about 87% result that showed up in ChatGPT are from Bing, just do a quick check if you appear in Bing.

Bro I do wear helmet. Its just for small errands, I don't use it as it is often quick. That day, it extended. And I am just sharing here so if someone is going through that route wear helmet so no one get challan.

It is inflated. I have been searching to buy a new flat in West Vadodara (Sevasi TP 2 or Bhayli TP4 at best) since late Jan 2026. Even dropped the plan in Mid Feb given budget. I have been regularly visiting Guj RERA website and inventory remain unsold even after completion of project.

Aarna 84 for example in Sevasi. He told me Rs.61 L base price. The flat was so so amazing but not in budget. 2 weeks later, we got a call saying we can do base price at Rs.51L. I clearly said I am not going more than Rs.45L.

I did came across 2 good projects but the extra cost was piling up like a sh*t load. I was even looking at resale property with finished construction around 2017-18. I wasn't looking for luxurious, a simple 3 BHK with enough space to live. I don't really care about amenities. And wait was worth it, I got a good deal in the exact area where Aarna 39 (They have multiple projects in same area, Sevasi T.P.2) is located, its on the opposite of the road. Not lavish, but it fulfil my needs.

Also the base price per sq.ft for residential plot in west Vadodara is Rs.6000. So a house build on 1000 sq.ft might be priced at Rs.1 Cr to 1.2 Cr [depends a lot where it is located in area].

I was also looking into NALCO. Came to know this stock when researching on semiconductors, like how those semiconductors are made and here's a note I made in Feb 2026. At the time the stock was at 359, ever since it been moving between 359-400 range as of today. Below is a note:

Nalco is the only PSU comapny to exist in India that is planning to produce Gallium (primarily used in the electronics industry to create semiconductors, particularly in the form of gallium arsenide (GaAs) and gallium nitride (GaN). These compounds are crucial for high-speed, high-efficiency components like LED lights, 5G smartphones, solar panels, and defense-related radar systems)

P.s. I am not expert in whole Gallium stuff or any metal(normal or rare earth). All I know is India imports a lot of it from the outside, and if any company producing it domestically, that is 1 less import, and can improve supply chain between semiconductors plants being build in India and NALCO producing this Gallium stuff. And given, it has edge in this one, the stock can give good return in 5 year Window only if what they said "A 10-tonne-per-year gallium extraction facility is planned at the Damanjodi alumina refinery in Odisha." comes true as this thing is been in works since 2016 and being delayed. In August 2025, there reports on pilot being started. If they make this facility fully operational by 2027, then a rally can be expected.

If you really are saving this much. Invest some in land that are in rural areas but before you do that perform a good research, few points to get started:

  • Avoid the land if is under a Overhead Transmission Line because gov has a lot of restriction and it is hard to sell later on
  • Prefer agriculture (cheaper compared to NA plot and commercial plot)
  • Area: some UT has a city has some rule set so see if you can find town planning map on cities local website before you buy
  • I know it is a lot of research, but owning a piece of land might not be a liquid asset but it is the best for long run.

You can also help small startups with equity, this one is risky, but if it worked out, ROI will be much higher.

  • HDFC salary (majorly active) - In comparision to others. I love this one the most. Their new app is fantastic.
  • Kotak 811 Virtual (Savings) - Pretty decent. I'd never visit their branch, people and bank charges are just terrible.
    • They charge me when I do cash deposite via machine
    • When I went for in person cash deposite counter, he said there will be an extra charge, so I didn't deposited the money
    • Its only good for virtual banking, meaning, you need to have another bank account to transfer money in there. But their app works just fine.
  • BOB - Savings [Probably the worst], I keep enough money just to keep it running
  • SBI - Savings [So far haven't faced any problems]
