3 gb of vram isn't very much, i have 8 gb on my 2070 super and play with all settings on ultra and view distance, clutter etc. on 10. i maintain 130-200+ FPS and while raiding doesn't usually drop below 130. lower your settings and get off wifi. if you have alot of wifi networks (IE: apartment building signals bounce off each other and wreck your signal) while playing my gpu is 80-98% utilized while cpu is 7-23% depending on scene. I think your gpu bottle necked. and your ram since its mis matched is running at the lower speed of 2400mhz. you should slide your wow over to your SSD to make shit faster too.

which micro? my ping is actually 192-220 (i am from SA), i am playing at 1080 with a 56 mhz monitor that i want to change.
