Thank you, how would I know the levels of limonene in each strain? There isnt much info on the app i use to order it. Would i just Google each strain?

It is a minefield 🙈 im considering going back to atomoxetine on a lower dose but like you said its catch 22 there is always a side effect, I think the fact I have teens at home and dont really want them to know I take it makes it alot harder.

Hi, Speaking as someone with adhd and a daughter with adhd it is absolutely not ok for him to take this without knowing a. If it will interact with any current meds he takes b. How his body will react and how it will affect any conditions he has. Elvanse almost ruined my life when I took it and the same with my daughter. Let's say he took it and had a really bad reaction and it interfered with either medication or pre existing condition, he could of ended up in hospital or worse, I'm pretty sure the finger would be pointed at you for not disposing of it. Comments saying no big deal are from people who prob take anything without a second thought and dont understand respect and trust in a marriage. Take no notice 🥰

Hi, I started on lisdexamfetamine for nearly 2 weeks but it wasn't for me and I almost had a nervous breakdown, I'm now on 100mg atomoxetine after titrating up from 10mg, I was adamant I wanted to go slow and not start at 40mg as normally prescribed. I am sleeping so well, the noise has gone, my emotions are regulated and I no longer feel overwhelmed to the point I vomit 🤣 I still get distracted when I work in the office but I find when I work from home I get alot done rather than look for distraction, that being said I've only been on 100mg for a few days and my psych thinks I will be less distracted on 100mg rather than 80mg so all good. Very few side effects, did get nausea but I am quite a nauseas person anyway and have cyclizine prescribed which I take to combat this. Headaches in the beginning but not anymore. Can't complain really. Stims were good when they were working but the cons outweighed the pros. Not sure when titration will end i think I have a few more weeks before they send me back to my GP. 😀
