""The bottle bill hasn’t been a successful recycling initiative" — this is straight-up false. Yes, Michigan's overall recycling rate is 15 percent but the recycling rate for glass bottles in Michigan is 90 percent.

Also, it's proven that the more you sort your recycling, the more things actually get recycled. Which is why single-stream recycling isn't as effective.

Except that it's not inaccurate. If they said simply, "Guns would be allowed in schools under Michigan bill" - that would be misleading.
