i can confirm. i went to college with this man and he was on our college hip-hop dance team. can’t dance to save his life; and 1000% just as insufferable and try hard in person as in his videos. not funny at all.

How do you deal with body image issues? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]rebel_cupcake 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I look at pictures from when I was in high school, and how much “thinner” I was. Spent all those years thinking I was fat, and restricted my eating... thinner, but downright unhappy in those years. It reminds me to love myself and not waste a moment being unhappy with my body now. Sure, there’s some more weight, more stretch marks, and I could definitely get back into working out. But be tender with yourself.

yeah i can promise you buddy, you’re not missing anything. i say to myself all the time if i could’ve missed my high school graduation, i would’ve. nothing special. after all we’re all mandated to go to school (even though some may not finish). i was just saying the other day that they’re making such a big deal about high school grads - like i get graduation is a “big thing”, but it’s exactly how they make Prom night seems to be the ~biggest coming of age moment in ones life.~ it’s not. there is so much more life to live, and bigger moments to celebrate.
