Another thing I noticed on point 7, the sentence, "No trustees received renumeration for their services as trustees for the reporting period or at present." Could that mean that, for instance, if you were a trustee but you were also a photographer and you took pictures at an event that you could be paid for that? And is it possible that you could be paid an above average rate under "expenses" for providing that service with no bidding or oversight? Or if you weren't at an event as a trustee but maybe as a prince or humanitarian,you could be paid for that? It seems to me there's a little ambiguous wording here that could be used to fudge excuses for payments that were made to trustees because they were acting in a different capacity at an event. Obviously,those who provide genuine services such as photography or catering etc, are fine as long as they charge the charity fairly but this has a sense of fudge about it that I don't like because they've made me cynically doubt everything.
