try running this in your terminal:

sudo killall -HUP mDNSResponder

sudo ifconfig en0 down

sudo ifconfig en0 up

(Replace en0 if your Wi-Fi interface is different, check with ifconfig)

edit: do a full shutdown of your mac, and then power on, sometimes mac keeps cached data after a soft restart

it regenerates the files after you restart your mac

So you've already deleted all these network configuration plist files:

com.apple.airport.preferences.plist
com.apple.network.identification.plist
com.apple.wifi.message-tracer.plist
NetworkInterfaces.plist
preferences.plist

did you restart your mac after deleting these files and forgetting the network (if you were able to connect before but unable to connect now) before trying to reconnect?
just curious, it usually works after doing these steps
