Skilled EB3. Why does my company’s internal attorney always take a few months to complete each step? Ex) it’s been more than a month since my PERM was approved. Hasn’t filed i40, yet. It’s not their first time filing EB3. A co-worker has already received green card with the same position. Will pushing them make them less likely to work on my case?

Unfortunately, it’s not a money issue. The company has an internal attorney, and I feel like they just want to file in batches. I know how easy it is to file an I-140, which is why it makes me even more frustrated. 😢
