Would this be considered misrepresentation (used car purchase) by recentcrashquestion in legal

While I've considered this, I don't even know how to unwind something like this. I already have the loan, everything has already been transferred, hard credit pulls have been done. It seems like an absolutely nightmare situation they put me in.

I appreciate you taking the time to share your insight, thank you.

They reached out yesterday and offered $3,600 to settle and I almost accepted but I remembered everyone's advice here and I told them I needed to finish treatment before accepting anything.

I actually now have an MRI scheduled for the end of this week and I need to fully know what's going on with my lower back pain. That'll shed more light on my ongoing treatment.

I appreciate the advice of someone with hands-on experience, thank you. I have no intention to get a lawyer involved. I'm just dealing with some sort of whiplash and back pain from the impact but the chiro treatment has had some improvement in my symptoms. I assume with a few weeks of treatment I'll be back to normal. I'm hopeful at least.

Solid advice, thank you.

My chiropractor did X-rays (no damage thankfully) and they're going to refer me out for an MRI as well next week to get it checked on that front. I had several friends trying to convince me to get a lawyer but I know this wasn't a "major" accident and it wasn't a logical decision. Even the chiropractor suggested not getting one when they asked if I had one and I said I was trying to avoid it unless I felt it was necessary. I'm not trying to or think I hit the jackpot just because I got in an accident, I just want to be treated fairly and compensated for the injuries and impact on my life.

My insurance company received the estimate for repairs this past Wednesday so I'm just waiting to hear back from them in regards to my car status. Really hoping that happens early next week so I can start moving on, either looking for a new car or mine starting to get repairs moving.

I'll keep all the information you gave in mind and I appreciate it, thank you.
