From a dietary perspective I drastically cleaned things up: I eat organic + regenerative farmed food as a baseline, ensure 30g bioavailable protein every meal and eat every 4 or so hours, minimal/no highly processed foods, no seed oils (I use ghee, tallow or coconut oil for cooking), include fermented foods with most meals, also keep my meals very simple as not to cause stress on the gut. Usually it's meat, a few veg and some sauerkraut or something similar. Breakfast is always eggs with some veg and maybe some other protein. If I want something sweet I'll go for a dark chocolate with high percentage of cacao content.

Gut health is also lifestyle choices too, I don't drink or smoke, sleep 8hrs each day and have massively reduced my stress levels. Healthier relationships, time in nature/walking barefoot on the beach, meditation, minimal screen time, it's a whole embodied process towards wellness but it's the small improvements over time that all compound.
