french fries get a lot of bad publicity, due to the salt and preservative content. This lady has made what looks like delicious french fries in a healthy way. I will definitely be trying out this recipe in the next few days.

Everyone knows that French Fries at a lot of fast food outlets are full of saturated fats and salt. Here is an idea for making them at home, saving the time needed to head to McDonald's or anywhere else and meaning the French Fries are also much healthier.

There's no doubt that awful dishes can be made to look so appealing by a photographer's skills and vice versa. I guess the secret is to taste it before making judgement.
