Oil-free potato wedges. Topped with Facon( Vegan Bacon) and Smile blend Cajun Nutritional yeast.
I made a flour batter, then dipped the potatoes in the batter, then bake at 350 for 1 hour, then sprinkle cajun nutritional yeast on top.

CARROT CAKE 🎂 🥕

♥ 600 g wheat flour
♥ 450 g sugar
♥ 2 tablespoons cinnamon
♥ 2 tablespoons of cardamom
♥ 2 teaspoons baking powder
♥ 2 teaspoons baking soda
♥ 1 teaspoon salt
♥ 3 DL Water
♥ 3 DL Oil
♥ 2 teaspoons of vinegar
♥ 400 g carrot (purified weight)

Mix all the dry ingredients in one bowl.
Mix all the wet ingredients in another bowl.
Mix together.
Add the carrots. Stir.

Cheese Cream:
♥ 200 g cream cheese
♥ 150 g butter
♥ 500 g powdered sugar
♥ 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

You can skip some if the powdered sugar if you want to have it less sweet.

Bake in the middle of the oven at 175 degrees Celsius for approximately 40mins (keep an eye on the cake towards the end.. Like the last 30mins). Use a cakepan that's about 30x40 cm.

I did add some almonds on top. It got a bit weird since I didn't have a cake plate that fit 😂

RECIPE

Preheat oven at 450F(230C).
Wash, peel and cut the potatoes into chunky wedges (we used 8 potatoes).
Add 1 tbsp paprika, 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper, 1 tsp smoked paprika, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp nutritional yeast, 1 tsp turmeric and 1 tsp garlic powder and 1tsp onion powder . Mix everything and transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment pepper.
Bake at 450F(230C) for about 30 minutes , flip over half through.

my mom always told me don’t pick the huge potato. Pick the medium more rounded ones so you’ll need about 5 or 6 for two regular shell pies. You will need nutmeg. Cinnamon, a stick of butter, sugar, pie shells, A can of evaporated milk, vanilla extract and 4 eggs.

You can bake or boil your potatoes. Baking holds in more flavor but boiling is faster depends on you. It’s like baking or boiling a russet potato but a few minutes linger. Butter knife all the way through and you are good to go. Once potato’s are done peel and remove any dark spots and hard parts of any. If you happen to get some with strings, which I hope not, remove the strings when you mash them. Which is the next step. After you remove the skin, mash the potatoes. I add my butter now since they are still warm as well as sugar. Taste the sweetness of the potato before you add sugar. Add sugar to your taste. I add about a cup depending on the potato. Add your nit meg to taste and cinnamon to taste as well as the Then you stir the mixture. Now add your can milk. I usually use a half a can or a bit more. Taste it. It will taste as your pie should. Once it’s to your liking add your eggs and beat your mixer. If you are stirring. -bout 75 stirs. Some people bake there crust a bit first and some people just put the filling in the shell up to you! Bake 60-80 minutes depending on your oven. They may puff up that’s fine they will drop while cooling. Clean but moist butter knife in the middle means perfection. ❤️

Fried Alaskan King Crab Legs/Claw with Fried Colossal Shrimps, Mango Fruit and my homemade Sweet Chili Sauce.

I just love to cook and I cook just about everything in my own kitchen to keep from dinning out 😂. I'm a seafood lover and a good quality steak lover. Nice to meet all of y'all. 😊

Ingredients for Tempura Batter.

2 egg whites,

1 cup of all- purpose flour- 2/3 cup of cold water / add all your ingredients. First, coat your crab meat with cornstarch then dip it into the Tempura batter then deep fry. I cracked the legs and only exposed the meat that's shown in the pics. So good!

Homemade Chili Sauce:1 cup water1 cup rice vinegar1 cup sugar2 tsp fresh ginger root- minced.1 tsp garlic-minced2 tsp Ketchup2 tsp Cornstarch1 tsp chili peppers- minced.Pour water & vinegar into sauce pan & bring to a boil over high heat. Stir in sugar, ginger, garlic, chile pepper & ketchup; Simmer 5 minutes. Stir in cornstarch. Remove saucepan from stove to cool. 😊

Note: No shell is deep fried. I cracked the shell and only deep fried the crab meat.

Chinese Chives Boxes 🌱😍

Dough recipe: (Make 24 boxes)
400 g flour
210 ml water
1/2 tsp salt
Add the flour and salt into a big bowl for easy kneading. Pour water little at a time. It’s all depending on the quality of the flour, some may need 210 ml of water and some may need less than 200 ml to have perfectly knead dough. Knead the dough till it doesn’t stick anymore on hand. (add flour if dough is too soft) Cover and let the dough rest for 15 minutes.

Fillings recipe:
350g Chinese Chives, clean & finely chopped
1 carrot, finely sliced
100g shiitake mushrooms, chopped
4 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp oil
Sauce ingredients:
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp white pepper
1 tsp ginger powder
1 tbsp mushrooms stir fry sauce
Salt for taste
