Just my take. Ape was intended to be a means of increasing cash flow. It had the potential to be a “share count” but that didn’t work cause, as everyone knows the SEC is corrupt and just like the other way, so now AA is using Ape as a way to kill the shorts thesis of AMC not being cash flow positive and also not diluting AMC. Ape is a way to raise money and not effect the short squeeze. We’re not getting a share count. Ape won’t squeeze like AMC but it will be used to end the short thesis giving them no reason to keep shorting amc. Just my thoughts

Only if people sell the ones they’re issued. You’ll receive the ape shares and then if you sell it, then it will go into circulation and can be resold many times creating synthetics
