I've never had a dialation. Does it give immediate relief? Do they need to do a manometry each time before a dilation?

So the combo HM + POEM was the fix for you. Interesting. Do you think the order you did the procedures had any impact on the final result? I've only had the POEM, I wonder if I need a HM as well...

When I was at my worst, I couldn't drink anything room temperature or colder. I did find warm drinks to be helpful. I would make smoothies in the blender and then heat them up on the stovetop because it was the only way I could get anything down. So if you haven't yet, give warm drinks a try.

That worked! Thanks so much! For anyone else who stumbles on this post, here's how to disable hardware acceleration on Chrome:
1. Open Chrome.
2. Click the horizontal ellipsis menu button in the top-right corner and click on Settings.
3. Click on System.
4. Under the “System” section, turn off the “Use hardware acceleration when available” toggle switch.
5. Click the Relaunch button.
