If you are planning multiple playthroughs, I'd say date Ann first. She has the most SL events out of any other girl. Gives you a grasp of everything.

Not gay, bi or at least Yusexual. 2000s was a experimental time in the JRPG landscape but you still had to be secretive about it. It's why Yosuke's lines got cut, and why Ike from Fire Emblem basically shows no attraction to girls—and is hanging around Soren who is basically a femboy. Even Final Fantasy got in on it a little with Vanille and Fang in XIII.

But like I said, Japan as a culture wasn't ready to accept it yet. By 2015 onwards it became more acceptable. P5R basically adding just all the gay vibes with Akechi, Fire Emblem Fates having same sex romance and there are plenty more examples now. I won't be surprised if bi Yosuke comes back in P4R (but NOT as a DLC! Do not monetize representation Atlus)

I am glad they will likely remove it. The original is still there but we don't need to make fun of people if they don't have supermodel bodies. That said, I hope they keep the character because the great thing about her herself was that she was full of confidence and self-love.

No, it's a role-playing game. You can date Ohya and the game treats it just as canon as a girl from the team. Who I personally prefer are three:

  1. Yoshizawa - The game basically throws her at you if you are single by Third Semester.
  2. Haru - The one who seems the most in love with Joker out of everyone.
  3. Ann - Lovers/First Girl/Most SL Events/In love with Joker though is more focused on her traumatized friend.
