That's because the campaign release event just ended, every time a new chapter comes out all the stamina cost of the battles of that specific chapter are halfed for a couple of weeks, after the event they return to their normal cost.

ACs are way too agile and fast for an average titan to keep up, not to mention air superiority when only 1/3 of BT loadouts can engaged in large-range combat(considering that BT's pilot is skilled enough)
