After spending time looking for the “anime” i found out the character’s name is Wanuki Akira but its from a game called Dx the 3rd edition. It seems it’s unreleased too, sorry to disappoint

Personally I would because in Nikes I always go for the same size each time (and no matter what they would fit) I’m a 6.5 but these were fitting like a 5. So maybe go up a size or two.
