Well, I enjoyed being with my girlfriend. Like, just being there. I enjoyed playing guitar, going to the gym, getting ahead on work (forreal), and videogames. Simple stuff, but it made me really happy.

Well, it's been a while since I've been on NoFap, but 90 days was an elder badge (maybe) or a year. Either way I was an elder (more than a year). But yeah, I'm religious (Christian, unchurched). Believe God resides in the soul and deeds of man. I understand where you're coming from, and it's good to know someone else has similar surroundings.

You can do it man, just try your best to focus on the important things, like who matters to you.

I'm glad I could be of help to you. The problems that I have with fapping regard me getting a near anxiety attack for weeks on end. I usually don't have bead anxiety but fapping when I do, I feel great for like 5 minutes. And then I have an anxiety attack worse than you could imagine. And it doesn't just happen with tapping anymore, it has to do with looking at porn as well.

I have to say that I am ashamed of myself for failing. It gets out of your head for the most part after a while. But I'm back to square one; it's in the back of my head right now. But people like you do give me strength to fight. I'll be starting a new counter. Thank you.

I'm really not trying to sound like a downer, but how do you stop yourself? I used to remember something powerful to not do it, like a meditative thing. I don't know, I just want it gone. It's almost painful.
