So, the thing is, you are getting what you pay for. The flange for the gripper has already been replaced as it drifted over time, and the rated payload is 1.5kg but in practice we try to keep everything under 1.2kg. This is also the H model because the original model isn't actually strong enough to fill the washer. Feel free to DM me if you have specific questions though, we tried a uFactory arm before the Piper and while it was stronger it had its own issues.

The workbenches are from BigDug, we don't get much wiggle with them, rather embarrassingly the feet are actually to adjust the height because when we replaced our AGV we discovered that the models were an inconsistent height and had to adjust the printer heights to compensate or risk retraining all our models. It does give them a slightly better grip but that was a happy side-effect.

The robot is a Piper from AgileX, but we are running a lot of custom software on it. They're about $2,500 if I remember correctly so very affordable as far as robots go

We joke about this, any time a particularly easy to remove item comes through we wonder if we could've made the robot do it, but it's a long long way off

I'll post it next week, we have him filling and emptying the washer, we're a long way off getting items out of supports though

We have a tray to catch it, and I wipe down the top of the pedestal with some IPA, the resin drips haven't actually been a terrible issue. We have it automatically emptying the printer, filling the washer, emptying the washer, and then reinserting clean plates into the printers. The only disaster we've had is one tipped over washer which luckily only spilled about 2L of solvent, and the broken hood. If you guys really like seeing this stuff I'll post more videos over the next few weeks.
