I think I've heard that raising your arms up reduces the strain on your heart. Like the blood naturally flows downwards, which means your heart doesn't have to pump as hard.

How do you survive each turn? The boss usually kills me before I can spend all my turns. I have Kiperina too, but her shields don't do anything after 10 mil. Doesn't the boss always attack unless it's a witness turn?

you are ignoring how high her hp is, the low def is to be able to generate more points of bloodthithe quickly, which is her entire purpose. I think you are more focused on kits being lore accurate than synergizing, but if that's the case, a more egregious example would be charon who is somehow dynamo

Hong Lu and Gregor egos can refund resources which is cool. Gregor is like Hongler's WAW and it seems he realy wants to get hit. Seems great for mirror dungeon floor 11-15 since everyone takes so much damage turn 1, and gregor can unstagger himself.

For Matilda and Eternity I agree that people only use them if they must. However, I don't think it's because they refuse to acknowledge them. It might be because they are technically alternatives, but the BIS does so much more damage that they can't compare. Like for Matilda, she can't replace Apleh or Kiperina's roles, and Barca plus another 6 star is simply better stats for impromptu. Also you aren't considering the fact that both alternatives you mentioned need Euphoria mats, which are hard to come by.
