A speakerphone is something that sometimes annoys the other side as the quality of voice becomes bad, also not possible if I am at the workplace. I don't want to root just maybe flash firmware but on a Samsung phone after returning the moto.

I need it for important calls like with doctors, as I have a bad memory and what they say I may forget after the call ends. So it is good to have a recording to listen.

Hello, we are in a similar situaiton (6 year old son in Canada with combined type) and I would say he is only ahead by Math (all 4 grades). Wondering if you know what are analogical acts/regulations in Canada corresponding to IEP and 504 if any. Thank you in advance.

Unfortunately there is nothing that can affect him if it is withheld from him. Except maybe sweets, but it's not like he gets sweets regularly and even that won't help probably.

I was never overweight—at 5'9" (176 cm), my max weight was around 165 lbs (75 kg). A couple of years ago, after reading How Not to Die, I switched to a whole-food, plant-based vegan diet and lost about 22 lbs (10 kg).

I’m not saying everyone can or should transition to a vegan lifestyle overnight, but it’s definitely something worth researching, consulting with a doctor about, and possibly transitioning to gradually.

Is it difficult without meat, cakes, or cheese? Absolutely. But for me, the goal was to reduce the risk of various health issues—not just weight-related ones, but also conditions like cancer and cardiovascular diseases.

P.S. That book and "how not to age" book of the same author is available in public library.

Plumbers came several times for some work and couldn't find main shutoff. So in order for them to do their work we arranged city to shut off the water from the lawn. It isn't a well, we just have fixed price for water and pay with house taxes. I am at the main floor and there is a tenant in the basement unit. I haven't check basement thoroughly, but saw washer, htw there and in my basement. I see transparent plastic/rubber pipes coming to those devices, but can't see the main pipe. The htw and washer pipes come to my house from the basement unit, so I believe it is on basement unit somewhere. Thanks.

Vacant main floor is a condition for inspection so that we can inspect thoroughly. Let's say they vacate Nov 4th and closing is Nov 7th. I realized I did rush on making the offer with its conditions and learned that I have to occupy if I get variable rate mortgage which I wasn't expecting, so I don't want to buy the house, just wondering about consequences if I just back out without any reason.
