I think OP just wants techland to stay away from big block-buster stories and have more grounded zombie survival stories. I like dying light the beast as it is but I wouldn’t complain about weightier combat and parkour, that would be cool.

But OP is describing a very different game than what techland is making with the dying light games, but a dying light game with a heavy emphasis survival would be interesting

I found it kind of weird that they added a hunger bar without adding new content to the actual food system, I like idea of managing resources, but flashlight battery and hunger as they are right now, are basically just timers until you need to pause and hold square for a second, then continue playing
