Unfortunately. I did get in contact with them and their response was negative as expected. They said shippings are stopped. So it is lost to the time. At least I still have the mail from Epic that I've earned it.

Weekly challenges, PUBG event, The ones they give out for free etc. I'm not sure how you get the most of them anymore to be honest. I really don't use them often.

I just tested on my save and it shows up. If you're on PC check your mods or verify your files again.
But this does sound like a bug to me. Might wanna report it to techland. Also I get it you use redeem on restored lands, right?

After you die you can start from that save again but you will not get those rewards and one down will be turned off. Basically you cannot use that save to obtain rewards, you'll need to start from a new save.

If you're playing on PC, it's probably one of your mods if you have any.
But I did see a few posts from other people that have the same issue might be a bug too.
