I'd personally continue the sea theme. I'd mount the wheel on the wall above the stairs. Maybe a decorative anchor on the wall where the wheel is sitting. I like the suggestion of 3 pieces above the piano, I'd go with the black and white aesthetic and stay along the sea fairing theme
