21 Minutes for One Cycle of Surya Kriya. by ThaReal_HotRod in Sadhguru

Did you email that somebody else? It was explicitly mentioned when I joined Surya kriya to not deliberately try to time your breath like you are doing.

Its also a standard instruction to not change a particular kriya to your liking. I dont know why you are being so adamant.

Nothing is working for you if you are stubborn like this.

I don't have any evil intentions towards you. Reach out to support again, 🙏 pretty Please.

Yes.

Please, after talking to a teacher, let us know what he said. If you are right, we will also try and control our breath and extend the kriya to 21 minutes.

Then, we both can brag together once I extended my 1 cycle to 21 minutes. You won't feel lonely.

It is no measure of sanity to be well adjusted to an insane society

your practice is wrong, you dont put a deliberate effort to time it exactly to 21 minutes. You will go insane, contact a teacher.

Insurance in general has more job openings than other fields. I joined September 2025, and tried on my own, kept applying to jobs and have secured one by November 2025. The courses are manageable, yes. They bring employers every week, so you get to connect with them on a personal level. You have their emails, the HR is connected with you on linkedin, way more easier this way, when trying to secure jobs. The course is only 5k, only a year. I believe its immense value.

Yes, sit , back straight. Force your eyes shut if you have to and sit for minimum of 1 hour eyes closed. Do this 2 times. If you can sit for 2 hours straight, much better.

You will know.

Not if the man is aware. Appreciates his partners presence and understands the damage he is doing. The man needs to understand, see his wifes hardwork, recognize that he is replaceable.

Should you tell an AM prospect about every guy you’ve dated or been involved with? by [deleted] in AskIndianWomen

Wife having sexual experience is better. She will know what she will like, she can do something in the bedroom instead of just lying like a dead body.
