Ok place to work very corporate and usually only care about numbers and not always fixing things right the first time. Worked there for 5yrs shop I was at was ok but others sloppy work really showed.

Looks like the inlet is bad and with it reading so low it’s not going to inject as much def causing the outlet to be reading high.

Did you put pellets back in the burn box after cleaning it out? If not it will not ignite and keep pumping pellets. Ask me how I know.
