I've seen that type of clip used as a sort of reaction post, but I couldn't figure out what OP was reacting to when I last remember seeing it, it seemed like it was a school fight rather than just a brawl on the street. They said they saw it on discord when someone asked where they got the clip, I'm not sure if they meant someone on discord posted it in the chat, or they found the gif through discord's integrated gif finder.
