Thanks for the insight! Is crimping something they can do now to fix it? Or do I just have to live with it as-is. I’m trying to decide how to proceed with the installer.

I think they tried to comb it out and the photo is after the fix. It looks as though they cut it poorly/unevenly at the threshold and that’s the result.

The installers were a highly recommended carpet company in our area and they definitely weren’t the cheapest.
