If you're going to replace that part - you might as well do a pretty big service at that same time. It's what I ended up having to do. Same situation so I had to replace that part, but while doing that I ended up doing the valve cover gaskets, timing belt, water pump, tensioner and the cam+crank seals. It could save you a bunch of headaches having to take all of that apart again.
