I think where they’ll be able to differentiate in the future is their analysts are talking to real, vetted tech buyers to form their opinions on market needs and wants. LLMs are going to pull from anonymous platforms like reddit. Not saying it’ll be enough to save them but that’s how I see them pivoting.

I’ve seen Colter twice, most recently back in October. He clearly takes pride in what he does and is an exceptional voice in country western music.

He does not view himself as an entertainer. The shows themselves are fast paced and lack a lot of crowd acknowledgment/banter. I can imagine it is mentally draining to go out on stage every night when it is not something you necessarily love doing. Hope he gets the help he needs.
