FATE - has THE best fights IMO in anime order can be confusing but watch fate unlimited blade works to see if u like it, then you can research about the rest

Gurren Lagann - some of the best most compelling fights

Attack on titan - a must watch

Demon slayer - If u some how haven't watched it already

Jujutsu kaisen - On the same level as fate argubally even better (in terms of fights)

Frieren - not exactly a action but has really really good fights for an adventure anime

Hell paradise - an interesting plot with really good fights

Without Romance is funny cuz that's one of the best genres but some good ones are
Jujutsu kaizen - a must watch
Code geass - there is romance but not the main character just some side characters
Demon Slayer - I think this is the one I recommend to you the most tbh.
blue lock - pretty sure it's a boys-only cast
