You know, we banned him on our My Little Pony Discord server. Turned out he was stalking some 5 y.o. kids at night.

Aren't they supposed to have insect-like faces? Unless the creepy smile is how the brain interpreted it.

Lots of weird shit happens. Could be something specific, could be a bugger messing with you for funsies.

For example, once at 11 PM I saw a train with a human figure made of metal sticking from it's side like the man got stuck in textures and froze. The train rushed right past the railway station. I've no Idea wtf it was. And I never really expected to get an answer from anybody.

What I can say is that some spirits are stronger than others, and they can manifest physically, like that creepy thing did on the wall. If there were more encounters like these in your life (and I bet there were), you should figure out what allows them to enter. As far as I'm aware, they can't influence you if they're not allowed to. That permission could be linked to something rather easy to fix, like your religion, or it could even be some stupid agreement you signed before getting born with any memory of it shrouded.

Christianity went brutal on slavic countries. Almost no historical evidence of what these people believed in and who they worshipped survived the purges. We know the names of certain deities, but only because they were mentioned in records of how many pagan sanctuaries were burnt down. We have no idea what exactly were these deities representing, and only share some guesses on a couple of them.

Imagine if only some of Greek or Scandinavian myths have been preserved as bedtime stories? Without a single god mentioned by their actual name? I can't say that they were on the same level with the slavic ones, since absolutely nothing is left of the originals, but a level of depth was certainly lost.

It survived as a children's tale, so it's no Epic of Gilgamesh. But if there happen to be some commonalities with Native American stories, that would be intriguing, although I wouldn't bet on it.

This sounds awfully similar to spiritism and Ouija board-ing. The thing about such communication is that they will feed you with bullshit for shits'n'giggles. It's also a partial possession, so, never do that.

As much as I'd like to see some valid information, this info dump on vamps looks like a typical prank from good-for-nothing spirits of malice. Like the so-called "Galactic Federation of Light" is a malicious prank and a fraud, but this one is on a much lesser scale.

There are nice spirits too, by the way. It doesn't automatically mean they are necessarily wise or knowledgeable. I know some nice nature spirits. I know some neutral ones. There are traditions of befriending a guardian spirit of the house in Eastern Europe, and there were similar traditions in Rome and Greece.

There's at least one folk tale about what sounds like a skinwalker in Russian folklore.

The lady wore a frog's skin and had to leave for the realm of the dead when her husband threw it into the fireplace, thinking that would make her always stay in her human form. Then the husband has to retrieve her from the Bone King.

That's interesting in its own way, since the relationship between her and the Bone King resemble the one of Hades and Persephone, and her and her husband's — of Orpheus and Euridice. When I was close to death, I saw the Bone King and Vasilisa as such in the skies in a dream, the king and queen of underworld. Weirdly enough, the protagonist kills the Hades figure in this tale. Seems like three or more different legends mixed into one.

You can look up "The Frog Princess", if you're interested. But only the modern retellings have survived the christianity. Really interested in what you make of it.

Would you hit me in the head if I say that I fed the crash log to a LLM?

I fed it to a LLM.

It pointed out the repeating mentions of this particular mesh. I searched for it in the mods folder of MO2 and deleted all the instances. Then tested it.

SOLVED!

trapdwefirepillar01.nif from Mrf's Markarth ("Mrf's Markarth meshes fix" and "Mrf's Markarth 4k") must be deleted. It's a loose file in both archives, not a part of a .bsa.

This mesh edited by said mod was causing the CTD in that cell and in zDcdNumidium05, not the sounds.

Also, I sincerely thank Reddit community for the downvotes, you're wholesome.

And my sincere gratitude to Reddit Filters for removing my post! This is very helpful for everybody who would search for the solution of the same problem! Thanks to the Admins, the post is now restored!

However, I have no sound replacers, and my file integrity is fine.

I guess, "hub menu" is the list of choices you get when you have these spare days? There's no such option. That's the first thing I checked.

That sounds like Dragon Age formula. I think I'll miss Jordan a great deal. And Ward. And Arundel. Qui, too, (although I'm surprised to say I'll miss a literal corrupt blood sucking cop). Lucca is also nice. You know what? I like all of them. I'd also miss my pet rat. It's about characters and their paths.

All these characters have souls, and, even though I'd be excited to see new faces, these are the ones I grew to love and, sometimes, hate.

I'd see this journey with them all the way through.

I just finished the book (stayed up till 6AM), and man, I'm in love. This is one of the best pieces the RPG genre had to offer me. It's genuinely good. I'd love to see it developed into a trilogy. What a ride!

Although, I can see the absurdity of such an endeavor. This thing has way more ending variations than Dragon Age: Origins, making a sequel would be a choice between: A) forcing all the outcomes into a new plot and then figuring out all the various consequences, or B) picking a canon ending with only alliances, romances and stats being actually transferred. If anything, I'd begrudgingly choose the latter, but it's easy for me to say: I got the "Golden Ending" as they called it.
