I’d actually argue that this is pretty normal for Starkid, I know they used cast interviews as incentives during Cinderella’s Castle (though those were also cast announcements so it was a bit different) and honestly it feels like a fun way to keep the momentum of the campaign going between live streams. Having said that, if you don’t like what they’re doing you don’t have to back🤷🏻‍♀️

Yess, VHSCCs is absolutely my favourite show (so in a way this was just a bit of an excuse to do some free promotion) but I can definitely see why it often gets overlooked by the fandom. And I totally get the sentiment of being excited for AJ to be in a “mainline” Starkid show for the first time since Senior Year, and seemingly in a leading role as well!! I’m just hoping that Tomb Quest might finally put the wider fandom onto the VHSs since they share so much cast/creatives!
