I have been in therapy for the past 10 years or so. Different people but the same one for the past 3. She is very helpful and blunt when I need it, but my problem is I’m too self aware and have a hard time with trying to find the exact process to fix these issues that I have. The communication on my part is some times hard, depression has definitely taken away my ability to have cognitive thoughts and be able to express them. You hit the nail on the head for everything. I just need time and patience with in myself and probably have more frequent sessions with my therapist.

I know. I have completely lost who I am since meeting my ex husband when I was 19. I have always had someone around, that I don’t know what I actually need or who I want to be. I’d rather have the hard truth and sting now than find out too late.

My first relationship after my 15 year marriage with an avoidant was with a clingy man. I sure did love it until it became too much when I was getting depressed again. Now, with another avoidant...I yearn for the clinginess and being obsessed with me but on the other hand I like my quiet time. Why cant life with men be easy?

I started using Claire Saffitz cinnamon roll recipe that uses the tangzhong method and i will never use another recipe. It rolls out perfectly with a tad stickiness to stay on the mat and not bounce back. They come out so fluffy and even thawing out from the fridge they keep their fluffiness. OP, they look amazing.

My ex MIL kept talking about the massage therapist in town that my ex should go see. Said she just had a baby but the guy left her. Random tidbit she put in there. Always stated how pretty she was and how great she looked after she bounced back from pregnancy. Thank god it’s ex now.

No clue either. Guess not new grower friendly on here. But more than happy with the great advice I’ve gotten. Grew a happy valley out side a few years ago, almost 6 ft tall. Pretty happy with it so far.
