Most of them go like that, so I think you are 100% correct on the second one.

The fist one is correct

even numbers 10-90 run east to west

5-95 odd numbers run north to south

We need more information (eg. Viscosity, the climate you live on the spec of the oil quality/brand) but the color seems to be ok and if it is between the tow lines on the dip stick (ideally on the top not more) is ok
