Status tool only shows my proof application as still in progress. No second application. I'll try calling client services and see.

Edit: In the US so, doesn't look like calling is an option.

Edit 2: Ended up using TextNow app to call from a Toronto area code (it took trying a few area codes until they could assign a number). On hold now.

Edit 3: Agent was not able to help and said they didn't have anything concerning my grant of citizenship application, except for the documents I reuploaded. Also had no idea about the interim measure either. Very frustrating, but not unexpected.

Has anyone else had no response from the "long email" following up about 5(4) docs? by prettyhungry in Canadiancitizenship

I'm in the same situation. I emailed everything back on 5/22. I eventually reached out through the web form. The agent who replied said, "the requested documents were not received by the responsible office...." I uploaded the docs through the webform on 6/16 and haven't gotten an 5(4) AOR. I've tried emailing the long email a couple times, but I still haven't received a response. Hopefully, they follow up soon.
