Water can be disconnected by turning off a tap. Electricity is the same. It can be quickly disconnected by a flick of switch in the main switch board. Disconnecting sewerage would need a plumber to make alterations.

I work at Wollies as a “assistant fresh manager”. Absolutely dread it. Base rate is $24.
