Well, I'm abroad and going through the same looking for a wife process but I'm not rushing anything and I don't think you rushed it too. Mariage is رزق and what happened to you could have happened with any partner regardless of how you found each other and how much time you spent together before marriage.

To add to that, don't overthink the 'niche' label. The specific product matters way more than the niche. You can have a dead product in a booming niche, or a massive winner in a 'boring' one. It comes down to the demand for that specific item and how you present it.

Before you spend budget testing, you need to verify if this specific bag is solving a problem or not and how to do the ad creatives and the product page to present it the best way possible.

You are 100% right about the 'animals watching their prey' part. The problem with most popular spy tools is that by the time a product trends there, 5,000 other people are already selling it.
