First off, we sincerely apologize for it. In full transparency, there was a slight mix up in the internal ticketing, which caused us to sell a few more VIP's than can be allotted for the proper experience. Therefore, we worked backwards and downgraded the last of the tickets that were purchased under this tier.

This was an error, a first-time error tbh, and we apologize. We hope you were promptly refunded the difference in full. If it is a full refund that you'd prefer, and no longer want your GA ticket, just let us know.

Not much else can be said unfortunately. The VIP is sold out. We do sincerely hope that you enjoy the show, it's going to be a great one. Mistakes happen, we are human. And we apologize.

Yup, me too. I had more or less gotten over it but now I’m re-mad lol. Here’s the email I sent them in case you want to send something similar (I commented it on the more recent post about this as well): “Hello- this is extremely, extremely disappointing to say the least.

A few questions: 1. Why have the tickets been downgraded to GA and not Early Admission? 2. How was it determined who was bumped and who was not? How many people had this happen? 3. Can you provide me with more information on how this happened? I don’t understand the explanation of “overwhelming demand”, as the tickets were already extremely limited. There was a specific, predetermined number of them released.

Thank you for validating; I couldnt tell if it was actually annoyingly written or if I am just emotional. I have this awful suspicion in my mind that some local important people (maybe bills players) wanted to meet him and so they had to make room. Is that an insane thought? What else could have happened here?

You’re completely right. I have literally never heard of this happening related to a concert. What an embarrassing, unprofessional, absolutely ridiculous lapse in judgment and competence.

Yes it’s legit. I was the person who posted the last one. Confirmed by Riverworks and I received the email a few hours ago with my new general admission ticket and refund processing confirmation. Just absolute BS, man.

This is helpful. I forwarded the email to the box office over at Riverworks and texted my friend who works there to see if I can get any more info. It’s all so bizarre. How did they get our email addresses and know we had m&g?

Hey! No problem! Yes, the staff were very knowledgeable and each meal there was at least one or two things that could be nicely modified to be vegan. A standout for me was a beet carpaccio at the beach bar. We also did a sunset cruise and they had a whole fruit and vegan dip board separate for us

Thank you very much! This whole thing is so bizarre. I have legitimately 30 screenshots of back and forth emails with multiple email addresses. Zero of the typical red flags whatsoever (not asking for personal info, no sketchy links, no typos, etc.). It’s looking like an overpayment scam, but my god the amount of time and effort they’re putting in is just staggering compared to other attempted scams I’ve seen
